Apple, the world’s largest company, said on Wednesday that it will launch the iOS 17.3 operating system next week, giving iPhone users new features.
The iPhone maker revealed the release date of the operating system update in a press release about its new “Black Unity” sports band and the accompanying cover for the “Apple Watch,” which features red, green, and yellow flowers to represent the cultural diversity of black communities around the world.

On top of the expected features is the feature of protecting iPhones from changing their owner’s original data if they are stolen, as an optional security delay is implemented, which prevents changing important data such as the Apple ID or mobile settings.
The update will likely include the introduction of group Apple Music playlists, allowing subscribers to form lists with others, which may appeal to those who want to communicate shared tastes, as well as using emojis to interact with “now playing” selections.

The iOS update is scheduled to be compatible with iPhone devices that were released from 2018 until now, and these devices include:
