Jakarta, Gizmology – Electronic Arts (EA) and Respawn Entertainment officially rolled out the latest Apex Legends Mobile update entitled Cold Snap. This is the first update, since this battle royale game was released a month ago.
“Cold Snap is the first of many planned updates for Apex Legends Mobile, with new Legends, maps, game modes, and more to be added to the game,” EA wrote in a statement.
Carrying the theme ‘Cold Snap’ is said to be one of the beginnings for a variety of more interesting content to be present in this game. In addition to bringing important updates, this update also adds one popular Legends from the PC and console versions, namely Loba.
In the official statement received, along with Loba’s arrival, the Cold Snap update on Apex Legends will also feature the Climatizer Town Takeover, a tool that can change the climate in World’s Edge.
Located above the Train Yard, this device by Hammond Robotics has the ability to change the climate. So that it can bring an early winter to Apex games, including the new Cryo Grenade.
When the Climatizer is active, players of this battle royale game can check the mini map to collect a number of diamonds from the Frozen Chest which can later be used to buy rare items in the Seasonal Shop. Diamonds can also be obtained from fallen enemies.
Update Battle Pass Cold Snap
The Cold Snap update on Apex Legends Mobile also presents a new Battle Pass which consists of two models, namely Premium and Premium Plus. Both come with a number of attractive bonuses.
Where the Premium Battle Pass, presents 1x Eternal Legend Skin (Octane – Ice Climber), 2x Legendary Legend Skin (Bangalore – Winter Ghillie, Bloodhound – Snow Prints), 2x Legendary Weapon Skin (EVA-8 Auto shotgun, Devotion LMG). There are also other prizes including (Banners, Emotes, Syndicate Packs, etc), 800 Syndicate Gold.
While the Battle Pass Premium Plus will present all the content from the Premium Battle Pass, 80% Bonus BP experience gain, 500000 BP experience (10 BP levels), Limited Avatar Frame.
Not only Loba’s debut in the mobile version and the winter situation, Cold Snap also comes with a number of other updates for Apex Legends Mobile, including a new limited-time mode called Armed and Dangerous.
Then, there are also a number of bug fixes and improvements that are presented with this update. Some of these include fixing glitches in the Ranked system, optimization of matches, to optimization of performance for devices and servers.
