Apartments in the Sunny Beach resort complex are being sold by the National Revenue Agency at the price of a garage. The properties are most likely being sold by the revenue agency to pay off the debts to the builder’s treasury, the Telegraph informs.
The cheapest apartment has a starting auction price of only BGN 12,500. This amount will not be enough if you want to buy a garage in a big city. The area of the apartment in question is 21 square meters, and it also has a terrace of nearly 6 square meters. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a gated complex.
Several apartments of 26 square meters are also for sale, for which the NRA is asking 15,000 BGN each. They are located in the same building.
Apartments of 50 square meters are also sold there, for which the bidding starts at BGN 25,000. For that much you can find a garage or a parking space in a big city. The price of a garage in the capital is twice as high.
The properties have been offered at a secret bidding auction to be held on March 15 and 16. Proposals for participation in the auction are submitted by prospective buyers until March 10.
The low price has an explanation – the building in which the apartments are located is completed, but Act 15 and Act 16 have not been issued. It is the commitment of the owners of the independent objects to supply these documents, the NRA explains. Until then, the properties will be supplied with industrial electricity and water.
If you want to buy a ready-to-move-in holiday apartment in Sunny Beach, however, you will have to dig much deeper.
A one-room apartment in a gated complex has been announced for sale. The area of the property is only 31 square meters, but the initial price from which the bidding starts is BGN 60,000.
