A thousand supporters of the anti-vax movement protested against the use of the Covid Safe Ticket (CST) and mandatory vaccination at Pfizer’s headquarters on the Pleinlaan in Ixelles on Saturday. The protest was organized on the initiative of David Bouillon, anti-vaxxer and doctor from Mons in Wallonia.

The demonstrators came to Pfizer, producer of one of the corona vaccines, to plead for their freedom. They made it clear that they don’t want to be forced to get a shot. During the campaign, they also denounced the pressure that schools, companies, doctors and the government are putting on people who do not want to be vaccinated.
The main point on the protest agenda was admittedly the use and obligation of the CST. The demonstrators consider it a curtailment of freedoms and a mechanism to control the people. “This way the government knows where you are and at what time you enter a place,” it sounded.
In front of the Pfizer building, where the hashtag #Sciencewillwin adorns the facade, the hundreds of protesters made clear with various pamphlets what they think of the vaccination and the current corona measures. “Pay from fear”, “Don’t touch my freedom”, “IQ? Yes! QR? No!”, “Don’t poke me”, “Your new normal is suffocating me” or “You are hypnotized by the fear”.
