Homer Lavon, H.’s son, wrote in a statement: “My brother Atlas and I have lost our mother. After six days of almost unbelievable emotional upheavals, I feel a deep, silent grief. May my mother be free of pain and suffering. I wish her eternal freedom. I started exploring what I wanted to imagine.”
A week after the accident, “H” developed “cerebral palsy,” but according to a statement issued by his family and friends, his representative shared with CNN.
A representative of his family told CNN that H has been matched with one of the recipients of the organs, and will be removed from life support devices on Sunday.
Under California law, H. is legally presumed to have died due to his medical condition.
In an earlier statement on Thursday evening, the family said Hashi had “spent sufficient time” to donate his organs.
“We have lost a bright light, a very kind and happy soul, a loving mother and a loyal friend,” the family’s previous statement read. “We will miss Annie very much, but she lives on by her beautiful sons, distinguished work, and enthusiastic calling. Her courage to always stand her ground and spread her message of love and acceptance will have a lasting impact.”
A representative of the family said that H suffered a severe brain injury due to lack of oxygen, which deprives the brain of oxygen, as a result of the accident.
He told me that a woman who was inside the house at the time of the accident sustained minor injuries and sought medical attention.
The spokesman added that the ministry will continue to obtain some pending items through the search warrants, but “no further investigations will be conducted.”
In their letter Thursday, Hech’s family and friends thanked his care team at Grossman Burn Center at West Hills Hospital and praised Hech’s “big heart” and “generous spirit.”
“More than her exceptional talent, she saw spreading kindness and joy as her life’s work – especially moving the needle in accepting the person she loves,” the statement said.
H rose to fame on the television series Another World from 1987 to 1991, playing the dual roles of Vicki Hudson and Marley Love. She won a Daytime Emmy Award for her performance on the show.
This success was followed by several films opposite Harrison Ford, including “Donnie Brasco”, “Walk the Dog” and “Six Days and Seven Nights”.
In recent years, H has appeared on TV shows such as “The Brave”, “Quantico” and “Chicago PD”.
