Ann-Laure Decadt receives memorial plaque 4 years after New York attack

Four years ago, a total of eight people were killed in an attack in Manhattan, New York, when a man with a pickup truck rammed into pedestrians and cyclists. One of the victims was Anne-Laure Decadt, the 31-year-old mother from Oostnieuwkerke. Twelve people were injured in that attack, including a family from Antwerp.
Ann-Laure’s sister, Justine, and her family traveled to New York to design the photo plaque.
