In a new season of Anita is admitted Presenter Anita Witzier will walk in six different institutions for elderly care. KRO-NCRV reports this in a press release on Thursday.
Witzier can be seen in the new season of the program at institutions in Arnhem, Amsterdam, Deventer and Putten.
The recordings of the new season of Anita Is Included had already started when the corona virus broke out in the Netherlands. The recordings could still take place, but the conversations with the elderly in the institutions were held remotely from then on.
The presenter says about the recordings that the conversations with the elderly “touched” her. “They are so candid. I look back with them on their lives, on their depths and highlights and what it is like to grow old and be old”, says Witzier.
The first episode of the new season of Anita Is Included can be seen on NPO1 on 6 September.
