33-year-old Ukrainian Angelica Srabyants, who died tragically in Turkey, most of the time she worked not as a model, but as a mediator, sending Turkish students to study in Ukraine. Also, the girl was engaged in photo and video shooting, helped her boyfriend – a citizen of Turkey Burak Ercan – with dog training.
As writes “KP in Ukraine“, approximately in 2012-2016, Srabyants worked as a teacher at the college of the Sumy Agrarian University, and later – the Sumy Agrarian Institute. She taught land and agrarian law, and also gave lectures for foreign students in English, which she knew well.
Taking photos and videos was a hobby for the girl. She even offered her services in portrait, reportage, wedding photography and photo shoots for children.
One of Angelica’s friends told reporters that the Ukrainian woman had long wanted to move abroad and somehow change her life. Before Turkey, Srabyants changed several countries, but then she stayed in Istanbul.
“She is a very good person … She was always kind, helped everyone, never complained to anyone about her problems – she kept everything to herself,” the friend of the deceased described.

According to acquaintances, Srabyants’s father lives somewhere in the outback of Russia, and his mother lives in Sumy. The girl tried to keep in touch with her dad, once she even went to visit him, and she financially supported her mother.
Friends of the Ukrainian woman learned that she was dating Burak last fall.
As it turned out, the young people did not live together. Angelica had her own rented apartment in Istanbul, while Burak had a girlfriend from time to time.
“We called her, but rarely. After her move, it became problematic. When we talked to her for the last time, she was in a great mood. I offered to study dogs, and I thought that she was now carried away by this. And later it turned out that Burak attracted her to work with dogs, “said a friend of the Ukrainian woman.

Recall that Srabyants fell from the balcony of the 5th floor in Istanbul after a quarrel with a Turk with whom she met. At the same time, Burak at the time of the tragedy was in the apartment and even filmed the incident.
The man was taken into custody and charged with premeditated murder.
