José Andrés Fernández Farto was born on May 22, 1973 in Pontevedra. He completed his Bachelor of Theology studies at the Compostelano Theological Institute and upon completion was ordained a priest on July 4, 1998. The following year, he was appointed Parish Administrator of the parish of Santa María de Viceso with his unit of Santa María de Ons . In the year 2000, he moved to the city of Roma to continue his studies at the Lateran University of Rome where he completed a bachelor’s degree in Theology and Patristic Sciences and, later, a doctorate in Theology and Patristic Sciences in 2006. He also holds a Diploma in Library Science and Documentation from the Vatican School of Library Science of the Vatican City and Diploma in Greek Paleography from the Vatican School of Paleography, Diplomacy and Archival Studies of Vatican City, both degrees completed in 2006.
Upon returning to the Diocese in 2006, he was appointed Director of the San Martín Pinario University Residence during the academic years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 and Parish Administrator of San Esteban de Covas since September 7, 2006. Francisco Javier Porro Martínez born in Ferrol (A Coruña) on February 16, 1962. Son of Emiliano and Corina, the youngest of four siblings, he studied at the Disciples of Jesus and at the Tirso de Molina school of the PP. Mercedarians from his hometown. He graduated in Art History from the University of Santiago de Compostela in 1986. For three years she published art reviews in newspapers and magazines. He was a History teacher and Deputy Director of the Boarding School at the Manuel Peleteiro School in Santiago. He entered the Compostela Major Seminary at the age of 30. As a seminarian he was in the parishes of Ares, Muros and San Jorge in A Coruña, where he was ordained a priest by D. Julián Barrio Barrio, archbishop emeritus of Santiago de Compostela, on August 2, 1998. He always lived and worked in a pastoral team: first in the parishes of Salto, Zas and the region, for almost five years; in Milladoiro, Loimil, Orazo and Dornelas, approximately one year; He was Delegate of Children and Youth for nine years while he attended the parish of San Martín de Noia during that last year.

Jesús Andrés López Calvo was born in He stood up to me (A Coruña) on December 25, 1963. He has been a priest since 1989. Territorial Episcopal Vicar of Santiago de Compostela
Juan González-Redondo Neira was born in Ferrol (A Coruña) on September 5, 1980, although he always lived in Mondoñedo until he went to study History in Santiago. There he discovered his vocation and entered the Compostela Major Seminary. He carried out his ecclesiastical studies at the Compostelano Theological Institute, culminating with the Baccalaureate in Theology in 2099. He graduated in Fundamental Theology at the same Compostelano Theological Institute in 2016.
He was ordained a priest on May 16, 2010. That same year he was sent as parish priest to the lands of Mesía and Frades, specifically to the parishes of Xanceda, Albizoi, Vitre and Lanza. Later to Cumbraos and Castro. Since 2016 he has been chaplain of the Teixeiro Penitentiary Center, and for two years of the Juvenile Reform Center of A Coruña. He collaborates in the Curia of the Archdiocese in the Diocesan Office of Sociology. He is a counselor of the HOAC (Hermandad Obrera de Acción Católica).
Territorial Episcopal Vicario of Pontevedra
D. Luis Seoane Ares. He was born in 1961 in the Parish of San Xulián de Grixalba, in Leftover of the Monks (A Coruña), where he received the Sacraments of Christian Initiation. From 1980 to 1986 he studied Philosophy and Theology courses at the Compostelano Theological Institute and received the corresponding training at the Compostelano Major Seminary. He was ordained a priest on March 14, 1987. For 10 years (1986-1996) he was part of the formation team of the Minor Seminary and collaborated with the Delegation of Vocational Ministry. From 1996 to 2003 he coordinated the Youth Ministry Delegation.
From September 2003 to the present has been Parish Priest of O Bo Pastor in Monteporreiro, founded in 1990, which celebrated the Consecration of the Temple on October 9, 2010. It has collaborated in the Pastoral Care of other parishes in the area (Santa Mariña de Bora, Santa María de Alba and Santiago Peregrino do Burgo). He also worked in the educational field, as a Religion teacher in Secondary and High School. In recent years he has accompanied, as a Counselor, the Volunteering of Manos Unidas in the Pontevedra Delegation.
Judicial Vicar
Daniel Carlos Lorenzo Santos, was born in Pobra do Caramiñal (A Coruña), on April 11, 1963. Ordained priest on May 20, 1995. He has a degree in Law from the USC and UNED, in Theology from the Compostelano Theological Institute and in Canon Law from the UPSA.
He has carried out his ministry in the Metropolitan Ecclesiastical Court of Santiago since 1998, serving as Promoter of Justice, Defender of the Bond and Diocesan Judge; In 2004 he was appointed Deputy Judicial Vicar; assuming, in 2006, the Presidency of the Court as Judicial Vicar. Between 1999 and 2004 he was Judicial Vicar of the diocese of Lugo. He has been a professor of Canon Law at the Compostela Theological Institute since 2000 and was a professor at the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences of Santiago.
He is a member of the Spanish Association of Canonists. He participated as a speaker in conferences and conferences in this area of knowledge and on the conservation and protection of the cultural heritage of the Church and its management. Since 2006, he has been the parish priest of San Pedro de Bugallido in A Maía.
In June 2009 he joined the Chapter of the SAMI Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, assuming the presidency of the Culture Commission (2010) and the office of Fabriquero (2011); Since 2011 he has been Director of the Cathedral of Santiago Foundation.
