André Hazes will perform in Ahoy this weekend and Yvonne Coldeweijer recently reported that the singer plans to propose to Monique Westenberg during his concert. But Monique wouldn’t be looking forward to that at all…
“As I reported a few weeks ago, André was planning to propose to Monique during his concert in Ahoy,” Coldeweijer writes on her juice channel. “Monique obviously did not know this and informed me of this through my phone juice heard.”
‘Monique refuses proposal’
And guess what? Monique doesn’t want a marriage proposal at all. “She strongly asked him NOT to propose to her there,” the juice queen continues. “It is of course very corny and only intended to get people talking about his concert, so that is of course not good enough for madam. And we understand that.”
However, André has something else planned. “He has now turned the proposal into a kind of ‘ode’ that he will do live to her.”
Wedding
So Monique would like to get married, although André will have to do a better job of proposing. But the two still do not live together and see each other a few times a week. Is marriage a good idea? “They are not even able to live together and build a normal family life. I think they only see each other every day when they go on holiday,” Coldeweijer said before.
