Al-Marsad Newspaper: The international expert on nuclear energy and reactors, Dr. Yousry Abu Shady, explained that the members of the Nuclear Club who possess nuclear weapons in the world amount to 9 countries.
During an interview with the “In the Picture” program broadcast on the “Rotana Khaleejia” channel, he said that the five main countries that possess nuclear weapons and are officially recognized and have taken the right of veto are the United States, Russia, the United States, France and China.
He continued, there are 3 other countries that have refused to pledge not to explode, namely India, Pakistan and Israel, noting that India has exploded twice, first in 1974 and second in 1998, then Pakistan. detonated 6 bombs.
He added, Israel has not announced that it has bombs or bombs detonated, yet there is no person in the world who does not know it has hundreds of nuclear bombs, pointing out that the Dimona reactor could have produced 3 or 4 bombs a year. And he went on, it was said that there was a bombing in 1979 and that Israel was the one who carried out this bombing.
