According to Article 129 of the Egyptian Constitution, the President of the Republic has the right to make a cabinet reshuffle after consulting with the Prime Minister, and he sends a letter to that effect to the House of Representatives indicating the ministries to be amended, and the Speaker presents it in the first session following his arrival.
