A youthful Afghan woman, Ilha Diloisiri, accused Qari Saeed Khosti, a former spokesman for the Taliban government’s inside ministry, of forcibly marrying, torturing and raping her.
Deloisire, a college student from the University of Kabul, built the allegations in a video that unfold like wildfire on Twitter.
