70 hours of community service
While the link between the two episodes of violence is established, the three implicated, a young adult of 18 years and two minors of 16 and 17 years, are apprehended and brought before the prosecution of Thionville. One of the minors is placed in a closed educational center.
The adult, summoned before the Thionville Criminal Court on November 24 to answer for his acts, and after deliberation, was sentenced to 70 hours of community service to be performed in the next eighteen months on pain of serving a prison sentence of up to one month.
