7. Prioritize chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, obesity, smoking, alcoholism, and drug addiction, among others.
8. Create more medical and nursing schools, and start this year the scholarship program for the training in Mexico or abroad of 30 thousand medical specialists in the care of the most frequent and harmful diseases in the country.
9. Enforce the fourth constitutional article to guarantee the people’s right to health with free medical attention, tests, analyzes, vaccines and medications.
10. Help families, families who have lost loved ones due to the Covid-19 pandemic with loans, pensions and welfare scholarships. ”
