Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), president of Mexico, presented on Tuesday the design of the National Lottery ticket for the raffle of the presidential plane, which could take place next May 5th.

During his morning press conference from the National Palace, he said that if the buyer does not leave these days they will continue with the raffle plan. He noted that next week he will resolve the issue as he will hold a meeting with the cabinet participants.
If the raffle is finalized, AMLO explained that the ‘cachito’ would have the legend:
“It is a cooperation for medical teams and hospitals where poor people are treated free of charge.”
López Obrador commented that they are receiving a lot of solidarity from the Mexicans “in the idea that they laugh” presidential plane.
On the plan of selling the tickets, he said he already works on that. He said that there are possibly 6 million numbers, bills, “little pieces” as they are called in Mexico, with a cost each of 500 pesos, about $ 26.5. He said that 4 million tickets would be allocated for the private sector and companies.
“People want to help, they want to cooperate and we are working on that, in which the plane is actually laughed, as we speak 6 million numbers of ‘chachitos’ of 500 pesos, ”he said.
The other 2 million would be sold to the public through the National Lottery.
The president of Mexico said that the plane of the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, broke down and was offered the TP-01, but they still have not resolved.
“The presidential plane is bigger than the one of the prime minister of Canada, it is not discarded, but we are also solving the raffle.”
