A young woman from America explains that no matter what the disease is, there are some signs that the body gives, and they should be taken seriously. The young woman shared that the pain of a heart attack was trivialized and ignored thinking it was a fever.Good morning AmericaT.V. Forty-eight-year-old Jenna Tanner has shared her experience through the program.

Jenna says she decided to share her experience because she hopes no other woman should take such pain for granted like she did. When she felt chest pains, Jenna thought it was a pneumonia or flu. He was also affected by covid and flu last year. Jenna says that’s why she didn’t care that much at first.

Jenna did not even tell her husband about her pain. It was because the husband would ask to go to the hospital as soon as he heard that. After two days the pain came again. Jenna says she was immobilized like a huge elephant was sitting on top of her. Jenna says that’s why she called immediately and asked for medical help.

Jenna was taken to the hospital and underwent three surgeries. Since then, Jenna never misses an opportunity to share the importance of heart health. Jenna says symptoms, no matter how small, should not be taken lightly. Don’t ignore chest pain. Jenna says not to self-diagnose whether it’s pneumonia or something else, but to take it seriously and seek professional help.

Although chest pain is one of the main symptoms of heart attack in both men and women, shortness of breath, nausea and back-shoulder pain are more common in women.

What are the early signs of heart disease to look out for?

Most diseases caused by lifestyle problems, such as heart disease, become serious very slowly. It can take 10, 20, or even more years for the heart arteries to slowly build up to the point where they become blocked. Sometimes at the age of 20 or 25, the first steps of the disease begin to be seen in the body. But it usually does not show any symptoms during this time. It is not really possible to identify the risk of heart disease even from the initial examination. But after a few years some symptoms start appearing. Sometimes we are not able to recognize these symptoms. We often recognize it as a sign of heart disease only when the very classic symptoms of heart disease begin. Heart palpitations while walking and chest pain when working out or lifting weights are usually considered early signs of heart disease.

However, before this, some signs to suspect the risk of heart disease need to be identified. Excessive fatigue, tingling in the left arm while working or lifting weights, excessive sweating, pain as if holding the neck and tightening, darkening of the eyes during exertion or fainting should be understood as distant signs of heart disease. Those who experience frequent chest discomfort during heavy work and the pain is relieved at rest should definitely seek medical advice. Don’t ignore them as heartburn problems or gas difficulties.
