After the famous case of the secretary of the lawyer Mustapha Ramid, who happens to be the Minister of Human Rights, public opinion was shocked once again by another atomic news.
Another lawyer would not have declared his employees to the CNSS either. Why was this more shocking than the Ramid affair? Because the employer in question is the Minister of Employment, Mohamed Amekraz, who came to government as part of what we sold to citizens as a search for new skills.
But the most scary in this story here it is, the Minister of Employment is responsible for ensuring compliance with the labor law in businesses and administrations. It is this ministry which sends its inspectors to check whether the employers declare everyone and comply with the regulations. The general supervisor, in a way, of good practices.
Obviously, we cannot imagine sending inspectors to his own cabinet, but he could have refused the post of minister, because one cannot enter government when one drags large pans.
