Ambassador to Berlin Andriy Melnik posted an ironic meme on Twitter about military assistance to Ukraine from Germany.

Melnik wrote that he received this picture in a messenger from a government member from Kyiv. Ambassador also quoted German Chancellor Olaf Scholz: “Well, Russia must not win.”
