Almost 11 days after the devastating earthquake in Turkey, rescuers find three survivors

14-year-old Osman was rescued 260 hours after the 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck southeastern Turkey and Syria. The teenager was taken to Antakya hospital.

Rescuers in Hatay Province, which was badly affected by the earthquake, found Osman after hearing sounds in the rubble, the Turkish state news agency “Anadolu” reports.

An hour later, rescuers found two men in Antakya, the Turkish Health Minister informed.

The DHA news agency reports that the two men were rescued from the rubble of the same building.

In the video published by Kodja, it can be seen that 33-year-old Mustafa Avdzi says that he feels fine in a phone conversation with a relative.

It has already been reported that a 7.7-magnitude earthquake shook the Turkish-Syrian border region in the early dawn of February 6, which was followed a few hours later by another 7.6-magnitude earthquake.

Currently, almost 42,000 people have been confirmed dead. Most of the victims are in Turkey, where 11 provinces were affected by the earthquake. Rescue operations have been completed in three provinces.
