The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) celebrates the holy month of Ramadan, by organizing a variety of events and exclusive offers in its various destinations, providing families and visitors with exceptional, integrated experiences during the holy month.

The list of “Shurooq” destinations that celebrate the holy month includes “Al Majaz Waterfront”, “Al Qasba”, “Montazah Gardens”, “Al Hira Beach”, “Khorfakkan Beach”, “Al Noor Island”, “Mleiha Archaeological Center” and “Hotel The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah” and “Sharjah Hospitality Group” from Misk, as well as special offers from “Sharjah Boats” and “Sharjah Tour” buses.

The Ramadan program is part of Shurooq’s strategy to provide various experiences that make residents and tourists feel belonging and satisfy their taste in various seasons throughout the year.

Among the most prominent Ramadan events this year is the “Al Qasba Food Festival” in Al Qasba, one of the most prominent family tourism and entertainment destinations belonging to “Shurooq” in the Emirate of Sharjah. Food and cooking related workshops, mobile entertainment shows, and competitions between professional chefs.

In conjunction with the festival, a series of fitness activities will be launched in Al Qasba, including exercise and free general health check-ups.

Both the “Sharjah Boats” and the “Sharjah Tour” buses offer special offers for their visitors. Al Hira Beach, Al Majaz Waterfront, Al Montazah Gardens and Khorfakkan Beach are among the most prominent family-friendly entertainment destinations this year. During Ramadan this year, “Al Noor Island” offers a unique and unforgettable experience, which is “breakfast on the beach”, in addition to a “watching the sky” session with a specialized guide, which gives visitors the opportunity to learn about the stars and astronomy.
