Alior Bank is facing a major accident. For several minutes it is not possible to log into Alior Online online banking, and as a result no functions are available.
Currently, the system shows an error message, but just a few minutes ago users could notice that after entering the password, the system simply did not log them in. This could be interpreted as entering the wrong password or customer number.
What’s more, customers cannot call any Alior Bank helpline because the number is “busy”. This is a serious problem, especially if you need to block your payment card. Complaints are already appearing on Facebook, where customers complain not only of the web banking login system, but also of mobile applications, including Alior Trader.
Unfortunately, at this moment it is not known how long the failure will last, what are the reasons for it and whether customers must also face difficulties, for example, when paying with cards online or using ATMs. In this case, however, the problem looks extremely serious – we rarely see problems with so many bank services at once, including the hotline.

Alior Bank updated its Facebook post, in which it now informs that failure may take several hours. Therefore, customers must be patient.
