Despite a difficult context this year, a group of young people, loving choral singing, was able to finalize their musical project, under the guidance of the music education teacher.
This Friday, at Jean-Moulin college in Alès, despite a difficult context this year, a group of young people, enamored of choral singing, was able to finalize their musical project, under the supervision of the music education teacher, Caroline Bouffard. She thus federated the energies of the students by making them work on the sense of listening and cooperation.
It is true that most choristers have few other opportunities to practice singing, and their mobilization shows how essential this practice is. They benefited from four workshops, including the one on Friday afternoon, which concluded with a concert by the Sweet-Dog trio, one of the groups in which saxophonist Julien Soro, godfather of the choir, plays.
Strong emotion for this concert behind closed doors which takes place at the very moment when students and teachers will again be required “remote”. Anyway, at the end of this meeting, many young people did not hesitate to show their enthusiasm: “Singing together, like that, it’s magic… being together with the desire to work, it’s great… We wanted to share.” Of which act, and to renew!
