A large-scale traffic enforcement operation mobilized 14 officers, six cars and a trailer from the Public Security Police on Friday night in Maximinos at doors from the city of Braga.

Between 21:30 and 00:30, next to the gas station CEPSAIn the Northern variant, Braga – Barcelos, dozens of vehicles and their drivers were inspected, with agents checking for irregularities such as drunk driving, speed limits and technical specificities.

As is customary in this type of larger operations, drivers 100% cool, who had a blood alcohol level of 0.0 grams / liter in their blood, were rewarded by a private company, in partnership with PSP.

Fuel and discount vouchers power banks [baterias portáteis] they were off-season Christmas gifts for some of the drivers inspected. Others received offenses for irregularities in the vehicle or in documentation.
In the place was the Braga Traffic Station, under the command of two graduated elements.

Regarding the 100% cool
THE 100% cool It is an initiative of ANEBE, in line with the National Strategic Road Safety Plan – PENSE 2020, and represents a “mission alliance between public and private entities with the aim of making a more effective fight against alcohol-related road accidents”.

The project began in 2002 and reflects a partnership between ANEBE and the National Road Safety Authority (ANSR), PSP and the Republican National Guard, which has already sensitized countless generations of drivers and designated over 25,000 drivers. 100% cool throughout the national territory. Currently, the 100% cool 29 partners contributed.
