Albert Heijn is recalling hamburgers, bratwurst and beef finches | Cooking & Eating

These are products with a best-before date until September 24 or 25, 2020. “The products are no longer in our supermarket, but customers can have the products with the best-before dates of 24 or 25 September 2020 in the freezer”, according to the supermarket chain.

Albert Heijn calls on everyone not to eat the meat and to return it to the store. The purchase amount will be reimbursed. Products with a different expiry date are safe, says Albert Heijn.

Consuming the products, if not heated properly, can potentially pose a health hazard, especially for young children, the elderly, people with a weakened immune system and pregnant women.

Albert Heijn apologizes for the inconvenience.
