Airlangga says Code Blue will join KIB, is it democratic?

Jakarta

Chairman of the Golkar Party Airlangga Hartart reveal the party code that corresponds to the dress of the general president of the PAN Zulkifli Hassan will join the United Indonesia Coalition (KB extension). Zulhas was wearing a blue suit at the time.

Of note, there are three parties that have a blue logo, namely PAN, NasDem and Democrats. The PAN joined the KIB, while the NasDem declared its presidential candidate, namely Anies Baswedan. So will the Democrats join the KIB?

This was also confirmed by the chairman of the Democratic National Bureau of Investigation Andi Arief. He stressed that Democrats stayed with the coalition of change started with PKS and NasDem.

“Stay intense with the changes in Nasdem, PKS, Democrats,” Andi Arief told reporters on Thursday (1/12/2022).

Andi Arief stressed that the Democrats’ position remains with the Coalition for Change, even if it has not been declared so far. In this regard, he said that his party, along with PKS and NasDem, does not want to rush to determine the presidential and vice-presidential candidates.

“We elect a president and a vice president. We have to be careful. No jokes and gimmicks. Please be patient with declaring a coalition change,” he said.

“You have to be serious about picking a candidate for OSIS president, let alone picking a presidential/vice presidential candidate,” he continued.

Earlier, Airlangga provided party code joining KIB by color. after holding a meeting with the general chairmen of the political parties on the KIB axis, namely the general chairman of the PAN Zulkifli Hasan (Zulhas) and the interim general chairman of the PPP Mardiono. The meeting concluded with a private dinner or dinner at a restaurant in Menteng, Central Jakarta on Wednesday (30/11/2022).

The first political party, Airlangga said, was identical to the clothes worn by Zulhas. Zulhas was wearing a blue suit at the time.

“Of course, he is the same color as our friend here,” Airlangga said as he turned to Zulhas who was standing beside him.

Meanwhile, the second political party is identical to the color of the clothes President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) often wears. That color, he said, was also on the ball that Zulhas was carrying. The dominant color of the ball is white.

“And there are also those whose colors have shades of clothing that the president often wears. Those are also part of the ball,” said Airlangga, pointing to the ball Zulhas was holding.

“So the color is not far from that of this ball. Indonesia’s representative in the match is a Balinese named Made in Indonesia,” Airlangga added jokingly.
