Bangkok, PM 2.5 dust value exceeds standard 39 areas affecting health Top Nong Chok, Bangkapi, Wang Thonglang, avoid outdoor activities
On February 28, 2021, the Air Pollution Coordination and Solution Center in Bangkok reported the situation of particulate matter size not exceeding 2.5 microns (PM 2.5) of the Bangkok air quality monitoring station at 07.00 hours, the 24-hour average of dust. Mist size not more than 2.5 microns (PM2.5)
Measured 42-72 micrograms / cubic meter (mcg / m3) found to exceed the standard. (Standard not more than 50 mcg / m), total 39 areas, namely
1. Nong Chok District, in front of Nong Chok District Office: equal to 71 mcg / m3
2. Bangkapi District, next to the police fort, opposite the Bang Kapi District Office: is equal to 69 mcg / m3
3. Wang Thonglang District In front of the Esso gas station, Soi Ladprao 95: is 67 mcg / m3
4. Bueng Kum District within Bueng Kum District Office: equal to 66 mcg / m3
5. Prawet District, in front of Seacon Square shopping mall: is equal to 65 mcg / m3
6.Sai Mai District Bus stop in front of the Sai Mai District Office: is equal to 63 mcg / m3
7. Thawi Watthana District Entrance to Sanam Luang 2: is equal to 62 mcg / m3
8. Bangkok Yai District At Tha Phra Intersection Wat Tha Phra Sub-district: the value is 60 mcg / m3
9. Pathumwan District, in front of Sam Yan Mitr Town Department Store: is equal to 60 mcg / m3
