The artist Ahmed Al-Fishawy sent a message to his mother, the artist Somaya Al-Alfi.
Al-Fishawy published a picture of his mother, through his official Instagram account, and commented: “The great, gentle-hearted artist Sumaya Al-Alfi. I am proud to have you as my mother. I love you forever.”
Actress Sumaya Al-Alfi announced that she had completely recovered from cancer, as she described it, last May.
She reassured her fans and thanked the Egyptian doctors who supervised her treatment.
She said during a phone call on the DMC Masaa program with the media personality Iman Al-Hosary: “I am fine, thank God, and all the tests that I did about a month or a month and a half ago came out fine, and the doctor told me that I no longer have cancer. I have completely recovered from it, thank God. We have excellent doctors in Egypt. The truth is… I am Being optimistic is very good, and I reassure all people, especially women who have cancer, that no one loses hope.”
