“This time it was 1700 euros, but I also spent a lot of money on bills again. I can’t help it, it’s too funny for me,” the Turk from Dortmund’s Nordstadt tells BILD am SONNTAG.
But what is the secret of his happiness? “I always bet on the same numbers,” says Kürsat Y. “But I was unlucky. Two times four exactly, it was all in five years.” He scrawled his tip for the BamS reporter in his notebook: 1-3-5-7-10-49.
There is a curious reason for the unusually high number of low numbers: “When we were children in Turkey, we would run through our Geycek village and shout: Three, five, seven, ten – Geycek Champion! He rhymes in Turkish,” explains the lucky prince.
