In the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL), Medi Bayreuth clearly lost 73:95 against BG Göttingen on Thursday evening. As a result, Upper Franconia has slipped to penultimate place in the table for the time being. The Bayreuth team had almost no chance against Göttingen. Lower Saxony dominated the match and deservedly won in the Oberfrankenhalle.

A week ago, the Wagnerstadters had lost in their first guest appearance at BG Göttingen with 89:100. Now the Wagnerstadters were also defeated on their plan against Lower Saxony.
