To inform the doctor, there is now secure software, designed especially for pharmacists, with the patient’s agreement, and from his vital card, health professionals can record the data they collect by questioning this person on his general condition, the number of meals he takes, his illnesses or the treatments taken.
Support healthcare professionals
Over the past year, eight million French people have subscribed to “Mon Espace Santé”. The pharmacist can also consult patient records and, in some cases, this is vital. “My pharmacy is at the exit of the RER B. It happens that patients who come from airports have forgotten their prescription at home… Thanks to this software, we can have access to their medicines and deliver them quickly. medication can sometimes be fatal.”
The objective of this sharing of information is to save caregivers time and ensure better patient follow-up. “The objective is for this to be as fluid and transparent as possible for healthcare professionals, explains Xavier Vitry of the ministerial delegation to digital health. When the doctor prints his prescription to give it to the patient, it is automatically sent to My Health Space without additional work overload.

In January 2023, five million documents were uploaded to patients’ digital health records by healthcare professionals.
