Afshin Ismail Ghaderzadeh has been named the shortest man in the world. He is of Iranian descent. The 20-year-old Afsh is 65.24 cm tall and weighs 6 kg. In Dubai, Guinness World Records Editor-in-Chief Craig Glenda announced the Guinness World Record for the world’s smallest human to AFSH.
Afshin passed Colombian Edward Nino Hernandez to hold the record. Edward was 72.1 cm tall. Afshin Ismail was born in a village called Bijan County in West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.

Afshin always needs someone’s help. That’s why Afsh couldn’t go to school, his father Ismail said. This little man is an avid soccer fan. Messi is his favorite player. After Messi, Ronaldo is my favourite.
