Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer loses court case against his own band | NOW

Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer lost the lawsuit he had filed against his fellow band members on Wednesday. Kramer wanted to return to the band after being absent for a while, but according to the rest of the band still had too many mental and physical problems. That reports Deadline.

Kramer (69) used to be on stage again with Aerosmith during the performance at the presentation of the Grammy Awards. However, the judge ruled in favor of the band.

Kramer has been in the band for fifty years and was injured in the spring. When he reported in better again in September, the band wanted him to audition to see if he was back to his old level. That made the drummer so stressed that he ended up in the hospital.

Kramer recently announced that he would like to make his comeback next weekend, but Aerosmith took the view that it was too short a day for a new audition and any thorough preparation for the performance at the Grammy Awards. Kramer then decided to sue the band with breach of contract as an argument because he was not given the opportunity to do his job.
