Aeroméxico has updated its fare offer with the launch of its “An Aeroméxico for all” campaign and has not distinguished itself as other airlines from offering food and entertainment on board due to the coronavirus.

According to Giancarlo Mulinelli, Aeroméxico’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales, they continue to adapt their offer to meet the preferences of their customers, therefore the different options they maintain in the 5 categories that make up their rate family (Basic, Classic, AM Plus, Flexible and Premier).

Mulinelli pointed out that there is the Basic, for example, for those who decide to travel light and without hand luggage; the Classic that allows hand luggage and the first change at no cost; AM Plus with a 25 kilos checked bag and seats with more space among other benefits, as well as the Flexible for those who want all the benefits and possible comforts and the Premier.

The manager stated that regardless of the rate selected, Aeroméxico will continue to offer all its customers some benefits at no cost such as food and beverages; instant messaging (Whatsapp / Messenger / iMessage) on Boeing 787 and 737 aircraft; inflight entertainment and a personal item (backpack or bag) that fits under the seat.

Additionally, the airline offers Wi-fi packages on board that can be purchased during the flight.

Mulinelli recalled that Aeroméxico maintains its hub in Terminal 2 of the Mexico City International Airport. To date, its operational fleet is made up of Boeing 737 and 787 aircraft, as well as the latest generation Embraer 190.

For this holiday season as we anticipate in REPORTUR.mx Aeroméxico has increased its routes and frequencies to certain destinations such as Chetumal, also in Quintana Roo. (Aeroméxico: more flights to the Mexican Caribbean for Easter)
