3FM DJs DJs Olivier Bakker and Frank van der Lende have called for Life through commercials from Platform Zorg. One of them spoke of a “typhoid commercial.” The platform has filed a complaint with 3FM. RD.nl reports this today.
Diederik van Dijk (chairman Platform Care for Life) reports: “We are not out to argue. But we paid a lot for broadcasting the commercials. They were partly unintelligible due to the actions of the presenters. That is a form of breach of contract. We want to hear from 3FM how they compensate us and what consequences they attach to the actions of the DJs.”
With compensation, the advertiser thinks of repeating the commercials or partially refunding the money paid.
