The actress Jessica Chastain met in kyiv with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyon Sunday.
Zelensky, 44, former actor and comedian, posted a photo on his official Instagram account. Telegram which shows him and the actress from “Eyes of Tammy Faye” in the presidential palace.
“American actress Jessica Chastain is in Ukraine today. For us, such visits by famous people are extremely valuable,” Zelensky wrote.
“Thanks to this, the world will listen, know and understand even more the truth about what is happening in our country,” the publication said.

Chastain, 45, also visited the Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospitalreported Ukrinform.
The images showed the actress dressed entirely in black, with her red hair pulled back in a loose ponytail, smiling as she poses with Zelensky in front of a Ukrainian flag.
Another shot showed Chastain looking worried as he sat next to Zelensky at a table during what appeared to be an intense conversation.
