Actor Bruno Candé, who participated in the TVI soap opera “A Única Mulher”, was killed with four point-blank shots.
SOS Racismo demanded, on Saturday, the 25th, “justice” in the case of the death of the man shot this afternoon in Moscavide, municipality of Loures, district of Lisbon, considering it to be “a crime with motivations of racial hatred”.
“Today, at 2 pm, Bruno Candé Marques, a black Portuguese citizen, was killed with four point-blank shots. His killer had already threatened him with death three days before and repeatedly racist insulted the victim,” says SOS Racismo in communicated.
For the association, “the premeditated nature of the murder leaves no room for doubt that it is a crime with motivations of racial hatred”.
In the statement, SOS Racismo calls for “the murder of Bruno Candé Marques to be no more without consequences”, demanding that “justice be done”.
