Act Theatre: “The Crazy Cage” is back

The big success “The Crazy Cage” returns to theater act.

THE amateur group THE.H.E.S.H. presents for a few more festive performances the hilarious comedy that was embraced by the audience of Patras.

The show, translated and adapted by him Telemachus Tsardakas and direction of Georgia Iliopoulou and Ioannis Anastasopoulou, inspired by the play of the same name by Jean Poiret and the films by Edouard Molinaro (1978) and Mike Nichols (1996). Ten very talented amateur actors embody the unpredictable characters of a very timely and subversive comedy.

Case:
The show tells the story of the crazy twists and turns that take place in the lives of Georges, owner of the drag cabaret “The Crazy Cage” and his partner Albin, who is the big star of the cabaret, when Georges’ son, Jean-Michel, brings at home his fiancee Anna and her ultra-conservative parents. In order not to shock the co-in-laws, Jean-Michel asks his father to pretend that they are supposedly a respectable traditional family.
