PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) announced the closure of one of its outlets in Emporium Pluit Mall, Jakarta, starting Wednesday (8/12) tomorrow.
Secretary of Ace Hardware Indonesia Helen Tanzil stated that the closure was due to the end of the store’s lease period. The announcement was made through the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
“We hereby announce that on December 8, 2021, one of the outlets of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk located in Emporium Pluit, Jakarta, has been closed because the lease period has ended,” he said on Monday (6/12).
He added that the outlet previously opened on November 19, 2011 with an area of about 800 square meters.
In a separate announcement, Helen also revealed the opening of the company’s new outlet in Graha Raya, Tangerang, Banten with an area of about 550 square meters.
The outlet, which opened on November 18, 2021, brings the company to a total of 214 outlets, minus the closure of the Emporium Pluit outlet.
“PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk will open its ninth new store this year. This outlet is located in Graha Raya, Tangerang, Banten, with an area of about 550 square meters. Thus, the company has a total of 215 outlets,” he explained on Tuesday (16 /11) then.
