The Parc du Verger is located in the heart of the concerted development zone (ZAC) of Rechèvres, in Chartres, between Avenue de la République and Rue de Chavannes.
This park was developed over several months as part of a housing and green space renovation programme. This project is led by the local public company (SPL) Chartres Aménagement.
