Abibac Students at Charlemagne High School Excel in Abitur and Partnership with Völklingen

Each of the 25 students in the Abibac section of charlemagne high school de Thionville has, this year again, won the Abitur, during the baccalaureate in Germany. Six of them even obtain the maximum score of 1.0 to the delight of their families, teachers and the administration of the school, which is oriented towards Europe.

Barely a few days ago, he also inaugurated plaques mentioning the Abibac section and its partner establishment in Völklingen (Saarland) on his entrances. “Students in the Abibac section follow a demanding curriculum that values ​​their motivation, their taste for work and effort, but above all their affection for the German language and Germany, explains the head of the establishment. At a rate of eleven hours of German per week during the three years of high school, the training of the students is supplemented by numerous exchanges, stays and outings in German-speaking countries. »

To allow interested college students to discover this great adventure, immersions are organized for 3rd graders from January. And the open day in March also provides an insight into the work of students and teachers.
