On the 18th, Nexon unveiled the short film’Rock’n’Roll Express’, in which its employees directly participated in the production, through the Nexon Forum YouTube, an in-house culture and art experience program.
Rock’n’Roll Express is a short film produced by an employee who completed the’Ready Action, Short Film Production’ course of the Nexon Forum. It contains the story of two men struggling to survive against the background of a zombie virus. Director Kim Tae-yoon of’Resimulation’ was in charge of the planning and the script, and actor Bae Bae-nam and rapper Zang Yu were the lead roles.
The ready-action and short film production process has been divided into pre-production (basic classes and preparation for shooting), production (on-site shooting), and post-production (secondary work) since September 2019, and the Nexon staff who completed the course are commercial films. Together with the staff, he participated in film production by appearing in minor roles and producing sound, computer graphics, makeup, and making films.

Actor Bae Bae-nam, who appeared as the protagonist Do-cheol, said, “I was able to feel the amazing passion and energy of game developers while filming this movie.” “Games and movies have a common point of culture and art. “I was able to have a short but special experience through this.”

Nexon Forum started in 2012 and has conducted about 180 training courses so far, and in October it released the fourth self-composed album produced by the staff through the singer-songwriter course. In addition, he conducted short stories reading with Yojo, sustainable (upcycle) fashion design, challenge, and brunch writer.
