A 23-year-old young man was shot dead on Sunday afternoon in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis).
The victim has “no legal history”, said the Bobigny prosecutor’s office. The young man was the victim of “gunfire” around 3 pm rue Pierre, in a residential area of this popular town, detailed a source close to the investigation.

“The shooter fled and the victim died of his injuries shortly after being taken over by the emergency services”, added this source.
