A few thousand demonstrators marched Saturday afternoon in Paris, at the call of the “yellow vests”.
Overflows took place and the police, deployed in large numbers, had to use numerous times tear gas but also water cannons.
Finally, shortly after 6:00 p.m., when the CRS called on the demonstrators to evacuate the area, several groups dispersed in the surrounding streets, lighting fires in certain garbage cans. A total of 37 people were arrested.
But images taken during the demonstration toured social networks this Saturday evening and Internet users denounce police violence. As can be seen in the video, a protester, lying on his stomach and already handcuffed, is hindered by a policeman who supports his knee on his arm. The face in blood, the individual is then struck several times by the member of the police.
