A woman arrested in the United States for falsifying a vaccination card to go on vacation

A woman has been arrested in the United States after of falsifying documentation related to vaccination against the coronavirus. The young woman, who was traveling on vacation to Hawaii, wanted to avoid quarantine upon arrival on the island and, to do so, decided to adulterate the documents.

Health inspectors became suspicious when they saw that the dose supposedly received by the passenger was that of “Maderna”, instead of Moderna. They then verified that the woman had not received any vaccine against Covid-19 and proceeded to arrest her.

The young woman, in any case, achieved her purpose, as the authorities noticed his forgery just before he started the return trip, at the Honolulu airport, from where he was preparing to travel to Chicago. Although he was able to enjoy his vacation without undergoing a quarantine period, now the police fined her $ 2,000.

The United States is being one of the countries most affected by the coronavirus pandemic. In fact, the number of deaths from Covid-19 can reach to 680,000 by September 18, according to data released by the White House.

The chief epidemiologist of the United States Government, Anthony Fauci, and the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Rochelle Walensky, specified in a press conference that they expect the number of deaths to be between 651,000 and 680,000 for that date.
