A statement from the Banque du Liban on the salaries of general public sector staff members and social help

The Banque du Liban announces that it has transferred all the salaries of public sector staff members and the social help been given from the Ministry of Finance to the banking institutions. It has also been noted that he has started to transfer diplomats’ salaries for the earlier months.
The Banque du Liban statements to have compensated all salaries of general public sector, navy and social welfare staff members to banking companies in US dollars, in hard cash and at the exchange platform. On the other hand, the Banque du Liban also pays all faculty grants to military and public sector employees gained through the State Cooperative of Staff members in US greenback money in accordance to the trade level system.
