A shipment of 848,250 doses of vaccines Pfizer will arrive in the country this afternoon, while tomorrow another flight will arrive with 776,880 units of the inoculant against coronavirus prepared by the same laboratory, as officially reported. They will be used to vaccinate adolescents and for second doses.

This is a total of 1,625,130 doses that will be added to the Strategic Vaccination Plan against the coronavirus that the National government carries on throughout the country.

Today’s shipment will arrive at 4:00 p.m. an American Airlines flight with 848,250 doses, while tomorrow an aircraft of the same company will land at 11:30 with the remaining 776,880 applications.

According to the figures updated that morning from the Public Vaccination Monitor, a total of 57,884,464 doses of vaccines were distributed throughout the country, of which 53,133,905 have already been applied.

Of that total, 29,962,361 people started their vaccination scheme and 23,228,495 completed it with the two doses, which represents more than half of the country’s population.

“50% of Argentines and Argentines have their complete vaccination scheme. This is a reality thanks to the population’s trust in vaccines and the work of vaccinators. Before the end of the year, all those over 3 years of age they will have their vaccine available, “Health Minister Carla Vizzotti posted yesterday on her Twitter account.
