A Service Platform Manager (M/F)

Do you want to invest yourself as a manager to actively participate in the public service mission of Loiret Health Insurance? Come manage its service platform and participate in the implementation of numerous projects.

A local player, the Loiret Primary Health Insurance Fund (CPAM) manages rights, reimburses health costs and pays replacement income for policyholders. It also implements prevention and health promotion actions for them and ensures the proper use of care.

Its 516 employees work daily to ensure quality service to different audiences: policyholders, healthcare professionals, employers, partners.

CPAM is looking for its service platform manager.

The platform team is made up of around 80 employees, including 4 local managers and 6 supervisors. Its main missions are:

. management of telephone relations for 3 departments in the Region;

. email management for 4 departments;

. advice and promotion of the services offered by Health Insurance;

. video counter permanence for France Service;

It also contributes to the payment of daily allowances and the updating of the beneficiaries’ file.
