France has registered nearly 88,000 new cases of KOVID-19 today, according to data from the French Ministry of Health, Reuters reported, BTA reported.
This is the record of those infected in one day in France since the beginning of the pandemic. The death toll is also rising. “Today’s figures are not good,” Health Minister Olivier Veran told reporters.
Data from the Ministry of Health also show that France has registered another 179 deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, while the number of patients in intensive care units reached 3208, an increase of 61 people compared to the previous day.
