This Monday, a father arrived on a scooter in front of his children’s school in La Rochelle, dragging behind him an exhausted and bleeding husky puppy, Southwest reports. The man would not have realized that his puppy was at the end of his rope. Police were contacted by witnesses to this scene and the eight-month-old animal was taken to a veterinary clinic.
The owner of the puppy, a Rochelais in his thirties, had consumed alcohol. He left on a scooter from his home, three kilometers from school. The animal should soon be offered for adoption. Its former owner has received a summons for animal abuse.
